Aven Team is a $19.99/month membership where you select a professional trainer and collaborate remotely through private messages, workout feedback, and program changes. It is asynchronous, with responses expected in one to two business days.

Can my Aven Team trainer read my Aven Coach chat?

No. Aven Team uses a separate private collaboration space. Your trainer will not see your Aven Coach chat.
